We are very excited to introduce our new Chef. Chef Derval is orginially from Jamica, came to us with years of experience working for the cruise lines, has knowledge of food design, table design and of course excellent food preparation. We will be introducing him at our open house January 19th, 2013. Chef Derval will sit down with you and design customized menu for your event. with the ability to have a plated event for 250 to a buffet for 500 with a variety and options that are endless. We look forward to planning the event of a life time.
