In House Catering

          Our Executive Chef Chris Salyer graduated from Culinard Culinary Institute in 2010.  Chef Chris is a Richmond native and has worked in several local restaurants and in catering for the past seven years.  Although he has worked in several different areas of the food industry, he feels he has found his place here at Celebrations at the Reservoir.  Chef Chris has a passion for combining staples of the South with fresh seafood but is well versed in many other style of cuisines.  While he feels he specializes in southern coastal cuisine, Chef enjoys the opportunity to create a customized menu for couples.
